"This is the second home that I have purchased with Dena. She made the process of buying and selling my current house as smooth as it could have been. At the time that I decided to purchase a new home I knew that houses were selling fast and that there was a lot of competition within my price range, but I did not know the extent until the journey began. Dena was great at assisting me with getting my house prepared to sell and within weeks she had multiple people interested in viewing the house. Before we could even begin seriously looking for a new house, I had a contract in hand for the purchase of my house. With this the race was on to find a house for me to purchase. I had only a basic idea of the house that I was looking for, but Dena immediately began locating houses for sale within my price range with this basic information. We began looking at multiple houses a day for what felt like every day for weeks looking for just the right house. During each walk through she was great at pointing out different things about the houses, both positive and negative, that would help me to better assess each house. She was also familiar with many of the areas in which I was looking to purchase and was able to provide me with additional information to help me determine the best location for me to purchase. For every house that I had an interest in, she made sure to find out as much as possible about the house so that I could be as informed as possible before deciding to make an offer. After several weeks and a lot of bad luck we had put in multiple offers and had come up empty. While I was getting discouraged, Dena remained positive through all of this and remained persistent in finding the perfect house for me. Long story short, her persistence paid off and I finally found a great house in a great location that is perfect for me, and we were able to close in a matter of weeks. Dena was there for me every step of the way through this stressful process. During this entire process she was always available to answer my questions and would often respond immediately to any communications. All the work that Dena put into this process allowed me to focus on finding my perfect house. I will never use any other realtor if I ever decide to sell my current house and purchase a new one."
